Terms of use and license
By using ELWANI DentOS you agree to the following terms.
1. License
- The program is licensed, not sold; the intellectual property remains with the developer.
- Each license is for one clinic and tied to its Clinic Request ID; the plan sets the number of active accounts (3, 5 or 10, the owner included). Each account works on up to two computers.
- The license may not be sold, shared or moved to another clinic, and the licensing system may not be broken or modified.
- Moving the license to a new computer is done through support.
2. Trial and plans
- A 14-day free trial with all features.
- Plans: monthly, annual or lifetime. Monthly and annual plans are renewed by paying before they end.
- The lifetime plan covers the current version and its updates within the same major version (version 5).
3. When a subscription ends
- When the trial or subscription ends, the program switches to read-only: no data is deleted, and you can still view, search, print, back up and export.
- Adding and editing come back as soon as you renew.
4. The clinic's responsibilities
- The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for protecting its computers and passwords.
- The clinic is responsible for regular backups kept in a safe place outside the computer (the program offers automatic encrypted backups).
- The clinic is responsible for the patients' consent to the use of their data and to WhatsApp messages.
5. Updates and support
- Updates arrive as a notice inside the program and the clinic chooses when to update. The program backs up the data before updating and returns to the previous version automatically if anything goes wrong.
- Support is available on our page's Messenger and by email during working hours; updates and news are on our WhatsApp channel.
6. Limitation of liability
We do our best to make the program work correctly and safely, but it is provided "as is". The developer is not liable for losses caused by misuse, hardware failure, or data loss due to missing backups. The program is a management tool and does not replace the doctor's medical judgement.
7. Refunds
You can try the program free for 14 days before paying. After activation, payments are refunded only if the program cannot run on your computers and support cannot solve the problem.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date is shown at the top of the page. Continuing to use the program after an update means you accept it.
