Run your clinic professionally
Yes. The program runs fully on the clinic's computer without internet. Staff computers connect to the main computer over the clinic's own network; the internet is only used for updates and subscription renewal.
Every plan has all the features. The difference is the number of active accounts: Basic 3, Professional 5, Enterprise 10, the owner included. Each account works on up to two computers.
No. Patient data stays on your clinic's computers, and sensitive medical data is encrypted on the device. We never receive or store any patient data. More in the privacy policy.
On the clinic's main computer: Settings → Package & clinic computers, copy the Clinic Request ID and send it from the request activation page or on our page's Messenger. You receive one code to paste once; after that, renewals reach the program by themselves.
Why: Windows shows this warning (SmartScreen) for any new program downloaded from the internet, until the program builds a reputation with Microsoft or carries a signing certificate. It does not mean anything is wrong: the program is safe and scanned with Windows Defender. What to do: click "More info", then "Run anyway"; the warning will not appear again after the first time. If your browser asks about the file, choose "Keep".
